2025 Vendor Registration

 

If you are interested in purchasing a business booth,  please contact us to make sure you are on the early notification list. Vendor registration begins in February and all past vendors will be notified by email.

This year the carnival is expanding so vendor spots will be limited to 40. All business, non-profit and arts & crafts vendors MUST:

  • Commit to attending all 4 days.
  • Staff their booths from festival opening until 8 pm Thursday – Saturday and 6 pm Sunday.

Vendors who fail to show for one or more of their days OR do not man their booth will not be invited back.

  • The cost per space for business booths is $400.
  • Artisans, Cottage Food Vendors, and Paid Non-Profits are $250

Food Vendor spots are available Friday – Sunday only. The fee is $450 and you must attend all 3 days. Registration requires approval to avoid duplicate vendors.

  • 2 free carnival wristbands
  • Business name listed on marketing materials, banners, t-shirts, and social media platforms
